Ideally providing as full a translation as possible. I am particularly interested to know if the passport indicates the name of the town they are departing from.

3/29/2019 11:15 AM There is a stamp, which is very bleak and hard to read but which seems to be saying that they departed on 11 of December, 1911, from Sosnowiecy.
4/2/2019 6:06 AM Resident of city of Chmielnik, Lityn uezd, Podolsk gubernia, Lea Rysia Krajcer 31 yo with children: Szulim 5yo, Szmul 7yo, Zlata 10 yo and Ester-Chana 2 yo is going abroad. The passport fee 15 rubl were paid. The passport with stamps was given in Kamieniec-Podolsk 1 Dec 1911.
