Why?
- Polish soldier's uniform seen on the top picture, looks like the one, that came into use after the uniform reform in 1935 (hat and coat) (I am not 100 % sure)

-Balloons on the other photo are coloured. I read in Wikipedia that first colored balloons came up in 1934.

2. The photo "Wiera, Tekla, Hanka" (and probably the one on the top) is a typical picture taken by a professional photographer, where he surprisingly photographed people passing-by on the street. The person could later buy a print, if he wanted. It was very popular style in 30 ties.

3. Dziadko means "uncle" in Ukrainian
4. Picture on the bottom is surely older
3/3/2019 2:30 PM Names:
Baska (Barbara), Tekla, Hanka (Hanna), Mania (Maria or Marianna) are typical Polish (Latin) names,
Wiera is typical Ukrainian (and Russian).
