I don't recognize if this is Russian or German, but I believe it's the birth record for my Great Grandfather Samuel ZAMALIN and his sister Cypa ZAMALIN. I would like to know everything I can about what is written, because I don't believe they were actually born in Suwalki, but in Chavusy, 10 years earlier. Their journey is an exciting mystery. Thank you for your help.

Birth took place in Chatsevy?/Chauevy? in Suvalki area, Mogilev gubernia.

Birth 77 registered in Suvalki July 4, 1892, born Oct 22, 1880 of Tzipa ZAMALIN daughter of Gdalya Samuelovich, 43, notary clerk, and Rokhla Leya nee SVADOSZCZA?

There are 2 records, is birth certificates in Russian.
Record 77 and records 78; both were don e in town Chavusy, Mogilevskii gubernia (it is in Belorussia)

22 july/14 july 1892 Gdalya Samuilovich Zamalin, retired senior scribe ....Pavlogrdaskogo Dragunskogo regiment 43 year old and house owner Medel' Zadvik and Leib Vilensky, taylor, 61 years old, residents of Suvalki stated on behalf of mother for a baby girl born 10/22 October 1880 at 6 o'clock in the evening from his wife Rohlya Leah born Svaydosch, 29 years old. Baby was named Scipa.
The delay in obtaining the birth certificate was due to parents negligence. ((literally states "the parents are guilty in untimely registration)
