Definitely Russian with some Hebrew at the bottom left. Could be Yiddish but I don't recognise it as that. It also interests me as it is a Lublin record which is where my grandfather came from.

Translating handwriting is more difficult for me but will be easier for a native speaker. I'll give it a go sometime soon. Life seems very busy now. Someone else may beat me to it in the meantime!
