This is page 1 of 2. Page 2 is also on Viewmate. I am looking for a summary of the document. I am not sure what it is for. No need for a full translation, but if time permits, that would be wonderful.

11/15/2018 1:50 AM it is the declaration of consent of the father of the bride to the marriage of his daughter.

12 Jun 1866 Ottweiler [where notary Goecke resided];
Jacob Levy, merchant in Illingen/Saar, widower of Therese Loeb, declares consent with the marriage of his and his late wife's daughter Rebecca Levy with merchant Salomon Gottlieb of Consdorff/Luxembourg.

witnesses:
Christian Wueschner, baker and innkeeper in Illingen;
Johann Doerr, postman in Illingen;

because of his senility, the document was written at Jacob Levy's home in Illingen, but he could not sign or mark by his own hand.

other remarks confirm the conformity of this copy with the original, and detail the fees.
The bottom right remark on page two is in a difficult French handwriting;
