I'm seeking the extraction of all genealogically relevant information from this death record of Lewek Rzeznik(owski) from Nasielsk.

I am also interested in why the 'owski' suffix has been added in this case.

10/11/2018 2:44 AM Death 54 reg. in M.P. Sept 13, 1910 of Lewek R., 73, permanent address Nasielsk in Pultusk area, Warszawa gub., son of Abram, mother unknown (no more vital info)
10/12/2018 9:55 AM It happened in the town of Mezhirechye 13 Sept 1910 at 2 pm. Appeared residents of the town of Mezhirechye Moshko Faidman, 55 yo, and Abram Josef Shulman, 34 yo. They announced that today at 7 am in the town of Mezhirechye died Levek Rzheznikovskiy, 73 yo, a permanent resident of the town of Naselsk, Pultusk county, Warszaw province, temporarily living in the town of Mezhirechye, a son of Abram, mother name is unknown to the appeared people. According to eyewitnesses about Levek Rzheznikovskiy death, this act was read to present persons and then was signed by us and they.
