Akta 71M is the death registration of Sroel Jankel, son of Berko, Kaplan, age 23. I'd appreciate translation of any additional info in the document.

8/20/2018 6:16 AM Only additional vital info, deceased is from Sokolov area.
8/21/2018 3:02 AM In 2nd to last column, it definitely mentions "stomach, then something I can't decipher, "or typhus"

In last column first line it says Citizen something Sonar (last word first line), or it could be Russ word Star.. meaning old. I can't quite get 1st word on next line which might be continuation of previous word. Then Sokolow town. Next word I'm not sure of. Then Yankel Berkovich (meaning son of Berko) Kaplan
8/21/2018 3:16 AM Sorry, obviously before Yankel it says Sroel, the word I said previously I couldn't decipher.
8/24/2018 2:01 PM full translation of far right column:

resident of the municipality of Sterdyn in Sokolow district Sroel-Jankel Berkovitch Kaplan

[Note: "resident" does not necessarily mean he was living in the town indicated at the time of his death, it can mean he was considered a permanent resident(citizen)of that town perhaps because he was born there or his father was born there.]
