Might someone know to what organization "Loge" refers? (first item underlined in red). Also, would what would L-V have been? (2nd red underline)And third, I need help, please, with the last underlined word. Thanks!

8/10/2018 2:23 AM 'Loge' does not have to do with free masons. There were also Jewish clubs = Loge, like Bnei Brith;

I'm not sure if the first letter of the abbreviation is 'L', if yes it could be Loge too. The second for sure is 'V' = Vorstand = executive committee.

the third is in quotation marks and is not meant to be a word appearing in Duden. It seems to be "bauchkugelt", which might mean rolling about from heavy laughter, or alike.
8/10/2018 9:17 AM There is no "ch" in the last underlined word. I read:
beurkugelt
where "be-ur" are two syllables.
Again, this word does is not standard, but it may be related with "sich kugeln" (to roll with laughter).
One has to take into account that in this kind of poems, expressions used only within the family are often used.
