This a Tashkent Refugee Card for my mother's cousin Rozaliia Veksler. I am having trouble translating the Russian handwriting and in particular the information on the bottom of the first card and the entire second card. Any help in translating would be much appreciated. Thank you!

1) the address is not clear, but I translated as best as I could;

2) place of work before evacuation it sounds like a short title of an organization. As far as I could desypher the full title of the organization is "military road development" that is to say, a building company that build roads for army needs.
