1/22/2018 2:22 AM I am sending you my picture my dear Aunt Yatken? I ask you that you should write? for me my poor parents can not write for me? (This last sentence unclear).

From me your poor niece Blima Chernowitz
1/22/2018 4:42 AM The text on the double line (after "my dear aunt Yatken[?]" says: I'm sending you a mazel tov.

I'm not sure the verb for what the parents can't do is "write".
1/22/2018 1:32 PM Impossible to know but according to the usual Yiddish convention the surname would be pronounced rather like Tsarnevits

The mystery verb is certainly not shreyben; it looks like trey(m)en
