Chaim Josef
legitimate
F: Nechemie Halpern, merchant from Wolanka, married on March 31, 1902
M: Debora (Gertler), daughter of the deceased Chaim and Scheindla/Scheindel
12/26/2017 6:18 AM The text after his name is a indication that he has 2 first names.

The Sandek was Isak Freudenheim, a merchent from Wolalnke. A "Sandek" is the person who holds the infant on his knees during the circumcision. It is an honored role, often given to an older (male) relative. A sandek is a bit equivalent to a Godfather.
The Mohel (person who circumcised the infant) was Chaim Sch├Ąchter
The midwife was Ettil Rifke --- (I can't make out her last name)

There last column notes that the marital relationship in proven in "category" ["rubrik"] 6 -- i.e. the father's details.

I don't know enough Polish to be sure of the the additional details written for the father, but it seems to say the parents were married on 31 March 1902, and the registration can be found in....
