This is p.1 of a letter, p2 is submitted separately.I would be grateful to anybody who would translate these pages. I think they were sent to the Polish consulate in Prague on brhalf to attempt to determine whether he might be eligible for Polish nationality through his father, known as Moritz/Moses LIKIER,(born Mojzesz ABRAHAMER)(dob 9/III/1873) in Podgorze.
My father was a Social Democrat who had been in exile in Prague since the 1934 uprising against the Dollfuss government's attempt to establish a one party state. Like many others on the left, he mistrusted the 'amnesty' of 1937. I believe his Austrian nationality was withdrawn as a result. Page 2 follows.

11/20/2017 12:15 AM To me, it seems that the document states the following: that the law as stated in this document was that Polish citizenship was available only to persons who had no other citizenship and who had a right to residence at a Polish commune. The family in question were citizens of the Austrian empire; did not at any time obtain legitimate Polish citizenship. It was therefore determined that Jan was not eligible for Polish citizenship.
