Would appreciate a translation of the text printed on the back side of a portrait of Fannie Ginsburg. The photo was taken by Gregory Miransky in Minsk about 1909. In addition what were the names of the medals printed on the photo's back. Thank you

10/26/2017 10:43 PM Awards in the top left to right:
- Highest acknowledgement by Great Prince Sergey Mikhailovich

- Big Silver Medal at the Industrial and Art Exhibition, June(?)1914

- Silver Medal, 1908. Can't read the text on the medal itself. The profile seems to be of Nicolas II.

The rest is the name of the studio, its address in Minsk and their specialty (miniatures and enlargements).
