This is a page from my grandmother's autograph book. Her name was Roza Simanowski. I would really appreciate a word-for-word transcription and translation.

10/27/2017 4:07 AM In this context, the adjective is "beautiful" or "hadsome" - it's gender independent in Hebrew.

The text basically says that the beauty is not a condition for being loved. Rather, "beautiful are only those who are beloved" i.e. a person who is not loved is not beautiful, but a person who is loved is beautiful.
