This is a page from my grandmother's autograph book. Her name was Roza Simanowski. I would really appreciate a word-for-word transcription and translation.

To eternal memory!
A caressing warm winds, spring winds will accompany you on your new beginning, may you not meet the powerful (harmful - deleted word) and changing storm that affects all around.

written to favorite shoshana.

10/27/2017 4:35 AM "May warm winds, spring winds carress you
on the new path you are starting. May you not meet the storm and with it the harmful desert wind that changes everything in its way."

Written for lovely [or even "sweet"] Shoshana.

[Comments:]
The erased word is "that makes cold", "chills..." The writer must have realized while composing the text that the desert wind on the new path may not do its harm through low temperatures....

A comment on the adjective translated as "favorite" = the adjective as used in the present context implies many good traits, but it's not personal. She is not "a favorite"of the writer. The adjective implies she is a nice person, a likeable person, a pleasant person - and the writer likes her as such.
