This is a page from my grandmother's autograph book. Her name was Roza Simanowski. I would really appreciate a word-for-word transcription and translation.

What might interest you is at the top is the Emblem of Beitar the revisionist Zionist Youth Movement with "Tel Chai" written there. I suggest you Google this more details.

The second from final line says ידידך before the name - i.e "your friend"

The final line looks like an address:
Linov 16/? 34
followed by an abbreviation תרצ"ד which might be the Hebrew year which corresponds to 1934 if was before Rosh Hashanna (Sept-Oct) or 1933 if after Rosh Hashanna.
