8/14/2017 3:25 AM it would be a major project to read all the text, let alone translate.

the signature seems to be in the upper left corner of this side and looks like Shtern, or a combination with ..shtern as the last part (Shwinshtern?) or Shornstein, or a combination with ..stein (Shwernstein?). hope this helps.
8/14/2017 5:26 AM It is for some time that I have been "gathering up my loins" to write to Mr. Meir Berlin, and regrettably for lack of time, or more precisely because of laziness, [...] not carrying out this good idea. In my mind, if you want, you can achieve a reasonable material and spiritual existence in America - and do your best to be a man [probably meaning "a mentsch"]. There will come a good year when you can make Alyia to the land of our forefathers. Please send my regards to your [...] and will you be so kind as to ask [...phone?] after my sister and after the Berlin family. [...] best wishes.Your friend [...] Dr. [?] Sh. [?] Bernshtein
8/15/2017 12:16 AM Small additions to the excellent translation:

" [...] not carrying out this good idea."
The missingt text:
"I do not arrive at carrying out" [in the sense of "I don't get to carry out" - but less passive in its connotations]

Instead of "There will come a good year when you can make " I read:
"The fitting [proper, good] time will come when you can" etc

[In Hebrew: בא תבוא שעה טובה]

"Please send my regards to your wife" [רעיתך]
"will you be so kind as to ask [...phone?]" "by phone"

The printed text in Hebrew says: The Copenhagen Bureau of the Zionist Organization
