I'm trying to figure out if the word Glazer is used as a name and how the three names come togther. I know false means there was no civil marriage but this is the first one where I've seen a third name on death record. So can you please translate the column that has the name in it.

7/5/2017 9:27 PM "Ruchel Hecht, incorrectly called Terner, also known as Glaser" [The first two names should be her mother's name, her father's name; the third name is probably her "illegitimate" husband's name]
