1818, November 23rd 2:00pm

Before us, the acting vicar of the church in Kunów, the minister of the civil records office in district Kurów county of Kasimirski section of Lubelski, stood before us (Jola???) Izraelowicz (Pureer????), 45, Synogogue [shammes] (Szkolnik) in Kurów where he lives, testified that on the day, November 20th at 12:00am, in house number 22, a baby boy was born, and was shown before us, with the name Izrael. The child was conceived by Dwoiera(?) Ickówna, 33, and father Moszek Ickowicz, 40, peddler (handlarz) living in the (same?) city.
6/7/2017 7:21 PM The child was born in Kurow to Dwoiera Ickowna but the
document states that the father, Moszek Ickowicz, is living in the town of Przysucha.
