bride: Frajda RUDA single 23 yo subsistings thanks to domesticity residing in Nowy Dwor, daughter of Majer and Chana Estera daughter of Abraham the RUDA's, day-laborers both living residing in Zakroczym
presence of the rabbi + 2 witnesses
religious marriage: yesterday; banns; 10th, 16th and 23th of May, current year
3/23/2017 7:02 AM 9. It came to pass on the twenty-eighth day of May in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, at the hour of ten in the morning, in the Town of Nowy Dwor. Appeared personally observant Jew Nathan Poznersohn, a local Rabbi, companioned by observant Jew Szmul Fajwel Zylberstein, a bachelor, thirty-two years of age, a shammes in a local synagogue, the son of the Zylbersteins, namely, of the already deceased married couple Abraham Ide and Ryfka the daughter of Icek, residing here in Nowy Dwor, and observant Jewess Frejda Ruda, a maiden, who, according to her birth certificate extract, at that time was twenty-three years of age, making a living as a servant, residing in Nowy Dwor, the daughter of the Rudys, namely, of the still living married couple Majer and Chana Estera the daughter of Abraham, the day-labourers residing in Zakroczym, also accompanied by witnesses, namely, observant Jews Eliasz Icek Sygalowicz, bearing a double name, sixty years of age, and Lejb Junkier, forty years of age, both synagogal shammeses residing in the Town of Nowy Dwor, and testified that the day before at the hour of seven in the evening the religious matrimony had been entered into in front of him by observant Jew Szmul Fajwel Zylberstein, a bachelor, and observant Jewess Frejda Ruda, a maiden, following the triple proclamation of banns in the local synagogue before observant Jews, on the days of Shabbath, namely, on the ninth ,the sixteenth and the twenty-third day of May of the current year, after no conveyance by anyone of any objections to contracting the matrimony, and subsequent to the occurrence of verbal consent of the newlywed bride’s parents. The newlyweds stated that they had not made any premarital agreement. The present certificate was read aloud to the appearers and the witnesses and subsequently signed by myself, Rabbi and witnesses whereas the newlyweds stated that they did not know how to write.
