On  Response
3/6/2017 12:11 AM Scheer's Photo studio in Smorgon, region of Vilna [see, for example, http://www.jewishgen.org/yizkor/smorgon/smorgon.html]
3/6/2017 11:09 AM The names in English next to the head medallions are names of famous (19th c) photographers.

The monogram with the crown is the photographer's initials. (Equivalent of N and Sh)

Then "Photographer N. Sher of Smorgon, Vilna Province"

The paragraph at the bottom is something like "Specializing in natural portraits, good value"... there's a little more to it than that, but it's about the photographer's specialty. My Russian isn't good enough to translate it better, sorry.. I'm still learning!

Then the line on the bottom left says "Overcast weather prevents snapshots"

The part that's ripped in the bottom center probably says "Negatives are stored".
