I need extraction of all genealogical data, (names,dates, places). I'd appreciate as complete a translation as possible

10/5/2016 12:28 AM	Occured in town Mogelnitza on June 23, 1888. Came into office ..(not sure about the first name, could be Michel) Lemberger, 36 years old with witnesses.... and showed a male baby declaring that he was born in Mogelnitza on May 15 current year to his lawful wife Mindl nee Zaidman, 36 years old. This baby was named Yankel.
