The picture shows Gorz, but the card was written and sent from Cracow, where the writer, Private Jacob Isak Sicherman, was stationed. He was writing to his wife, Matylda, who had recently returned to Boryslaw, her home town, and was living with her father, Markus S. Schiff. I would be grateful for (a) a transcription of everything written on the card except for the address; and (b) a translation. He signed himself as usual your faithful J. Isak. This card is one of 104 related cards in a book that I am preparing for publication.
