8/2/2016 3:14 AM It appears to be signed in Hebrew , lower right, as follows" Your uncle דודך Yaacov [ Jacob] OR David Rav Yaacov -- Lopia or Lopis , Furasika? Porasika?: underneath is says Chazan חזן
On the left Pinheiro de Nogueira and under scribble
Moshe de Cohen?.... Henriquez
The 3rd name no idea
The document looks like a Shtar [ a purchase document] approved by a Bet Din and indeed may not be pure Hebrew
8/2/2016 7:33 AM Sunday 22 days in month of Kislev, year 5549 (1789). There would be no ages, and the place name starts at the end of the first line. It would not have ages, would have marriage status (virgin or not) of the bride and names of bride (Sarah daughter of Jakob Lupis Fonkida?), groom (abraham son of Issac Piniero di ?) & their respective fathers.
8/2/2016 7:41 AM Bottom document: Tenaim (betrothal contract terms), usually signed BEFORE the ketuba.
Signed by Jakob Lupis Fonseca (bride’s father),
Groom (Abm, short for Abraham, Pinliero di Nogiera)
Then witness Moseh de __ Cohen Henriquez
That settles the surnames on my previous post
8/3/2016 10:12 PM I'd like to add to the previous comments:
- I think the place is: the island of kurasau
- The groom's father is deceased , as there is an addition after his name - נ"ע(=his soul in heaven)
- name of the bride is Sara
