I would be very appreciative to know what is the surname at Number 82. Is it Biezynski? Bytynski? Surrounding names are shown so scribe's handwriting shows further samples.

Thanks.

3/20/2016 10:21 PM I think it is Bezhinsky or Berinsky but I am not sure. It starts with B and ends with sky, that is for sure, but the rest is not so clear. The second letter seems to be a now obsolete letter Yat (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yat) It would help if I knew grammar rules related to when this letter was used but I don't and very few people nowadays know these old rules...
3/21/2016 2:23 AM I guess it is Betijski, but not sure. I think that original full record (number 4 in the book of birth records) might be very helpful, as it contains surely this surname written several times.
3/21/2016 3:10 AM Certainly not neither Betijsky nor Berinsky
Bezhinsky is dubious (no other example of russian "zh" ж in this list, so I can not absolutely exclude that possibility)
Most probable is Betinsky, today Бетинский, and Бѣтинский with the orthography of that period
