This is a section of a map legend from the Briceni Memorial Book published in 1964 in Israel.

I need a translation for locations 47 and 60. I also need help understanding the bottom line which I think requires an historical understanding for correct translation of the Novoselitza comment.

Thank you

2/18/2016 6:00 AM 47: Transliterated says: Di liabes - perhaps means the love(ers)

60: Brover and Turkish tombstones

The bottom line is the key to understanding the various Yiddish letters used perhaps in the text:
Chotin ?
Chet=Chotin
Bet=Britshan
Samech=Sekiurian
Lamed=Lipkan
Yud=Yedinetz
Novoselitziya did not appear on this cut (I'm not sure about the meaning of this line)

I wouldn't attempt an interpretation of the last line without seeing the map
2/19/2016 3:17 PM BOTTOM

LINE 1
Khotin county(uyezd)[comprises]: KH-Khotin B-Britchan (Briceni in Yiddish)
LINE 2
S-Sekurian L-Lipkan I-Iedinetz
LINE 3
Novoselitza didn't come out in the cliché.

Hope this helps you.
