Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Jankiel Hamer, a shoemaker who at that time was thirty-two years of age and residing in the factory settlement of Bledow*, companioned by witnesses, that is to say, by Orthodox Jew Elek Rajswing, a szkolnik who at that time was eighty-two years of age, and Chajm Majer Rywen, a speculator who at that time was forty-five years of age, who at that time both were residing in Mogielnica, and he presented to us a baby of the male sex, born on the ninth day of the current month of the current year, at the hour of eight in the morning, in the settlement of Bledow, from his twenty-seven-year-old spouse Fajga, to whom, at circumcision, the name had been given of Szyja. The present act was read aloud to the appearers and subsequently signed by the witnesses whereas the father did not know how to write.

The following denotes Elek Rajswing: (signed)
