I'd be thankful to get this written document into printed letters. Then I can manage with Google translate!

On  Response
10/27/2015 12:05 PM Dresden, 17 Dec. 1884, there appeared, showing residence card, tobacco cutter Aron Evzor Schulmann, living in Dresden, Holbeinstr. 5 II [I think this means 2nd story, counted as in Europe, not the US], mosaic religion, and reported that his wife Eugenie nee Bumar, mosaic religion, living with him, bore a male child at their residence on Dec 13, 1884, at 4:45AM, who was given the name Louis. The rest is the standard administrivia.

If I'm typing, it's just as fast to translate as to transcribe; saves you the google translate.

Irene
10/27/2015 4:05 PM I confirm that II. means second floor (going ground floor, first floor, second floor).

I take back what I said about Rumar: here I read Bumar.
