The person who signed this death record is Benjamin Porzelan, my great grandfather. The son that died was named Jakob Porzelan. I am looking for your assistance with the full translation of this page.

10/18/2015 10:50 PM again in the upper left corner appears the note: Olping, J... [Jaroslav?] district, Austria.[Olping might be the German name of some place in Galicia]

Ludwigshafen Aug 1, 1905; the pedlar Benjamin Porzelan, residing in Ludwigshafen, declared that Jakob Porzelan, 7 months old, Jewish, residing and born in Ludwigshafen, son of declarant and his wife Berta nee Haber, died on Aug 1, 1905 in Ludwigshafen, Vredestrasse 40;
