8/24/2015 10:40 AM You got it right. Mother's maiden name was Falticener -- appears "t" is missing. At any rate it is her maiden name not necessarily place of birth.
May be was Faliciener (from a father named Falic but perhaps Falticener is more likely). For certain Fani was registered at birth as Feige.
8/24/2015 11:06 AM I also note that this is a transcript of the original Austrian certificate of 1882 being issued in 1933 by the Suceava Jewish Community.

8/25/2015 2:13 PM 1. Fiul parintilor means son of his parents
2. Necasatorit is the word after the age, meaning unmarried.
3. After Fani, zis=called, although for a female it should be "zisa."
4. Fiica parintilor=daughter of her parents
5. Unmarried=necasatorit, necasatorita with "a" for a female
6. I don't know why people are adding a t to Falicenier, when there is no t visible, although it is possible that it was misspelled, as many names were in those days on vital records.
7. Sometimes the information for one of the spouses is not at thorough as for the other; this happened with one of my ancestors' marriage records. That's always unfortunate and disappointing!
