“This happened in Kolbuszowa before the signing notary , August 22, 1899.

Authentication protocol.

Before me Joseph Litpisk, c. k. notary to Kolbuszewa, appeared in person, unless I know him, Kelman Polimer, industrial in Wola Raniżowska, whose personal identity was evidenced to me by those who know him personally, the witnesses Franciszek Kwasnik and Jan Stepien, farmers living in Wola Ranizowska, which I ensured that they personally and legibly sign (word crossed out) in my presence.”

I can not translate the clause itself legalized. It talks about "Kolbuszowa" about a certain "Josef Finger", about a sum of 200 zloty to be , associated with a period of 6 months ... Then I read several times a abbreviation, whl, with numbers, which seem to me correspond to steps of something, perhaps some ground, then I read to finish "in Wola Ranizowska", which seems to place the thing.

“After writing the protocol, I provided with 63+ stamp for writing, and stamp 10+ for legalization clause. In witness whereof the parties and witnesses signed.

January Kwasnik
Kelman Solimer (sic)
Franciszek Stepien
Joseph Litpisk, notary”
