Portion of a death certificate. Need identification of towns. I know the top one is Breslau. Not sure of the bottom. Perhaps names as they would be in the mid 1800s and present day. Immigrated to US about 1854. One of two images on viewmate. Two different sets of birth towns on each for same parents. Not unusual as we all know. Thank you!

Since you need to start with some type of spelling, this is what I can decipher. It is not an attempt to give you the name of a town, just the letters that I see....Krzsehlend, Boheme. Maybe you can take it from there.

On checking a little further, I found this for you. Here is an actual town name, which is very similar, taken from the list of historical German towns. It is Krzeschitz: Křešice.
