JRI shows Akta M13 is for Wolf BAS, father Abram (painter), father's father Gdalia, mother Blima. If there's any additional information to be garnered from the Russian or Hebrew I'd appreciate translation.

lovich Bas
his wife Blyima(Blima)
Kraselchik from
t.(town) Belostock

Do not know if Kraselchik is occupation or family name of Blima...
In Russian "Krasilcszhik" is someone who paints (a roof, a table or a wall), but not a painter.
Do you have a whole document? What is written by another birth records? Name of fater and his occupatin, name of wife and her surname, then name of town? Or Name of father, name of mother, father's occupation and at last name of the town?
2/22/2015 4:05 AM Eyewitnesses - Tzalko Itzkovich and Rakhman Stalimuv
Mother's name - Blyuma (in Russian)
