The lady on the upper right is Agnes BANO. She is also in the other groups of portraits. Her sister Zsuzsi BANO is in the middle of the right group. I suspect the one with the bicycle is also Agnes. The two sisters lived in Budapest, Hungary, and survived the war. I do not know who the other people are nor the man who appears to own these old pictures. He might be living in Israel. Do you recognize anyone?

1/20/2015 11:57 PM Hello Margarita,

The text on the left side photos says "For Maty 1945 from Laci Aug 15.

The right side photo refers to 1942, and in the middle is the word "szeretettel", which means with love.

This is just a start, and maybe someone else can provide some more answers....Jo
3/16/2017 4:48 PM Hello,
the card on the bottom left reads: to Matyi from Laci. Matyi is not necessarily the recipient's name. I have known Matyi to be used as a term of endearment.

the card on the right: the top right word ater the hyphhen is TARSASAG (crossbar of the T is missing)which means company. The bit before it I see as SZAN. Unfortunately that means nothing to me. Could it be an abbreviation?
The whole thing reads: With love to the young men graduates of 1942 of the ??? company.
