Requesting translation of columns for entry 81 death ledger entry for Jacob Herzlich dated May 17, 1908. I can see towns of Bilina Wielka and Sambor are mentioned in record. I have updated the language of the image based upon reviewer input.

1/10/2015 5:04 PM Column 2: the body was viewed in Bilina Wielka by W. Lytinski, record number 25. 3: Death occurred at 8:00 a.m. May 16, 1908 in Bilina Wileka, house number 118. 4: Burial was on May 18, 1908 at Sambor. 5: The deceased was Jakob Herlich, presumed (rzekomy) son of Chaim and Gitel Herzlich, [both] deceased in Telsztyn. Deceased's home was at Bilina wielka, house number 118. 6: Male 7: 85 years old. 8: Married 9: Cause of death was marasmus senilis [progressive atrophy of the aged]
