I am seeking a translation of Akt 52, the birth of an unknown male child to my great-great grandparents Juda Hersch Szapira and Beile Kanter. It is from the AGAD Archives and I believe is written in German.

I'm particularly interested in columns 6, 7 and 12 (Remarks). I would also be interested in any thoughts on why this record exists and how it may differ from a stillborn record.

8/14/2014 1:59 PM column 5: angeblich unehelich: allegedly illegitimate

column 6: Father:
Juda Hersch Szapira formerly commission tenant (Provisionspächter???)[next word can not be deciphered by me]), now day laborer in Horodenka.

Column 7:
mother: Beile Kanter in Horodenka, daughther of the deceased father Schmul and of the living mother Sara Kanter in Horodenka (??) day laborer in Horodenka.

Column 12:
I confess that I am the father of the child. Juda Hersch Szapira ... witnesses.....

Unfortunately I can not answer your question about the difference to a stillborn record....
