8/11/2014 3:53 AM Can't read everything but here's what I understand. Main body in German, last paragraph in Polish. Translation in quotes, otherwise summary.

This is a document correcting birth registry 95938 of 31st January 1902 in Lemberg. "Following recognition of the child by the father the child's name is Josef GELBERGER not Josef USCHER so called GELBERGER as was erroneously registered. The family name of the mother of this child is STUBER and not STIEBER as was registered." According to a declaration of the Jewish community in Vienna dated 3 December 1900 the parents of this child were wedded religiously on 4th February 1900.
I think the last paragraph says the birth was registered with the Jewish community on 20th February 1902, p. 2726.
