35 / On June 22, 1884 / ?? / At 10 o'clock in the morning / on June 22 /1884 / (in) Blotnia /
Burial on June 23 1884 / (in) Narajew / Jaecob Strasfeld Son of Wolf Strasfeld , wine -trader in Blotnia / masculine / / 3=? / Cause of decease : consumption of the lungs, phthisis
7/30/2014 3:02 AM I read the occupation as "Kleinhändler" (retailer) rather than "Weinhändler". "3" in column 7 is the age in years. Not at all sure about the cause of death. I read it as "Suchoty" which is not in my German dictionary. Might be Polish for "Consumption"
7/30/2014 8:35 AM And here the opinion of a third party:
-Yes, it is hard to decide whether it is Weinhändler or Kleinhändler, and the other "K" and "W" are written in a different style and therefore no help. But I go for Weinhändler, too.
-I do read it as "Suchoty", too, which is the Polish for "Consumption" of the lungs.
- in the second column it is written after the date: "Z. 15 T.[Toten] beschauer D. Norona" meaning a administration number 15 and the name of the one who did the postmortem examination was D. Norona
