Father of the groom : Abraham Friedman tailor in Giralt
(Living place :) Giralt N° 38

6/9/2014 10:06 AM the name of the mother of the groom is not listed.
Pepy (also spelled Pepi, Peppi, etc.) is a common nickname for Josephine or Josefa (also spelled Jozefin, Jozefa, etc.)
Katty (also spelled Kati, Katti, etc.) is a common nickname for names equivalent to the English Katherine, such as Katarin, Katarina, Katalin, etc.

6/10/2014 6:33 PM Just to clarify: this marriage register is in German, not Hungarian. The bride's mother's name is definitely Katti, not anything with R-; compare the placenames in the third column at items 7 and 8 to see the difference in these letters.
