This is a birth record for Chana Haas born 20 March 1892 in Nadworna. Please help with providing a word for word translation of the highlighted row from German to English. I have a translation for the column headers.

I can read the following:
Column 6: Father's name is Leib Haas. Place name Nadworna
Column 7: Mother's name is Scheindel Kriege. Mother's parents names are Meier Josef & Chany Kriegel. Place name Bohorodczany.

Thank you

5/19/2014 9:41 PM in German, the word HAFS is really their way of writing HASS. It is not an F,
but the first S of a double S.

5/20/2014 11:32 AM I can't help you with the translation, but I can tell you that the fs character combination is simply the old German double s. So a name such as Hass could be written as Hafs.
