I am not sure if anyone can read this. I found it on the Shoah foundation site. It is from the testimony given by my dad's first cousin Erich Herz. He lived to be 90 in the US. The url where i found it is http://vhaonline.usc.edu/viewingPage.aspx?testimonyID=35918&returnIndex=0
Perhaps it is easier to read or interpret from there. I wonder what it is and if it can be translated.
thank you.

3/25/2014 1:00 AM Sorry! It can't be enlarged enough to read it. It hasn't been put online enough to enlarge it enough to be able to read anything other than the large print on the left, to the right of the top of the seal, which says "Der Landrat". That's a government official. Not much help. Maybe you can email them?
3/25/2014 9:07 AM The best best, I guess, is to track down Erich Herz's children (or other surviving relatives) and hope that they kept this document. If you can find Herz's obituary, it should tell you his surviving next of kin. Good luck!
