This is a word in German from a list of homeowners. Since no owner is listed for house 41, I assume from the context that the word means something like empty, vacant, unoccupied, unowned, abandoned, no one, or free. I suppose it could also mean unbuilt (i.e., a number was assigned to the lot, but no structure had been erected). There are numerous identical instances from the list, so whatever the situation was, it was commonplace. I'd like to know what the German word is, as well as the translation.
