This is a footnote to a property record for Abraham Böhner. I surmise that some transaction occurred regarding town parcel 23 (Bauparzelle 23 or Baupll. 23) between Nuta Mara, the owner of record of that parcel, and his neighbor (and possible in-law), Abraham Böhner. Mara lived in house #10. The entry for Nuta Mara said to see the entry for Abraham Böhner, so I am hoping that a word for word translation of this footnote might reveal what took place.
