If you Google Winocus, you will see that it is indeed a family name (as well as a first name). The same is true for Agizim.
3/10/2014 6:56 AM Father Isaac Winocur
Mother Sarah Agigim
3/10/2014 8:03 AM My reading:
Dad - Isaac Winocur - have seen this surname elsewhere
Mom - Sarah Agizini, Agizim, Agizmi, Azizim, Azizmi?

Checked the burial databases very briefly. Did find one couple you might look into - not exact; it's Israel and Sarah Winocur:

I tried looking in the 1930 census for both of them; didn't see anything obvious.

Tried looking in the Ellis Island immigration database - saw at least 11 variations on Izak Winocur.

Census records:
There's a 40-year-old Isaac living with his brother's family in 1905; he'd just come to the USA the year before:
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-11605-70947-16?cc=1463113&wc=14537299

There were several others but from what I could see they were far too young or spouses' names were wrong. Do you know if Ida's parents came over or not?

Best of luck with your research!

3/11/2014 5:41 AM I agree, Winocur. The maiden name is AGIZIM.

Isabel Cymerman
3/11/2014 6:45 AM She is Sarah Agizim. However, it is pretty normal for American documents to have Americanized versions of the parents' names, for parents who were never in the US. So if you don't find records for her, that may be why.
3/11/2014 6:46 AM He is Isaac Winocus.
3/12/2014 7:19 PM Father's name:

Isaac WINSCUS
or WINOCUS

Morther's name:

Sarah AGIZIM
or AGIAJM (pronounced Ahgea-yim)
3/13/2014 6:51 PM Isaac Winocur and Sarah Agizim. AGIZIM and VINOKUR are both used in Starokonstantinov according to Beider's "A Dictionary of Jewish Surnames from the Russian Empire"
