Getting advice that what it seems being birth town Coslilinograd in Ukraine (word in a red frame, to be zoomed in) could be actually a bad pronounciation / understanding / transcription of town Konstantinograd (later became Krasnograd).

2/17/2014 12:23 PM I don't think it's a mistake at all, this is more that the writer wrote the word and then forgot to cross the Ts. It is surely meant to be written as Costitinograt, which is the same as Konstantinograd.
