I'm having difficulty deciphering the old German handwriting in this Document, and would be grateful to benefit from your skill in transcribing it into readable form.

It's a potentially key piece for my family research since it appears to mention the location: Rotenburg (an der Fulda?) where most of my DELLEVIEs lived during the 17th through 19th century... before certain family members went to Hamburg... as well as the name Kussel Dellevie who was part of a possibly related DELLEVIE family living in Hamburg since the 18th century.

To date, I've unsuccessfully searched since over 20 years for a possible link between these two DELLEVIE families, the only two ever documented to have carried this surname.
