9/2/2013 8:55 AM Looks like No. policyiny is policy# and No. hypotecznego is mortgage number, then the name of the account. The list continues on the left side of the page - accounts are split in the middle of the page.

9/2/2013 5:15 PM 1st column(No policyjny) : Police (law enforcement) number. Archaic term for a street number. It could be that when the street numbers were introduced in mid 19th century police enforced display and format.

2nd Column ( No hypoteczny) - number of the ownership record

3rd column ( No rejestru hypotecznego) - number of the registry of the ownership records

4th column : court district

5th column : law enforcement district

6th column : First and family name of the owner.

At certain times registry of the ownership were held by the local courts.
