I would like help with a translation of this 1879 birth record of Mechel who may be my grandmother's brother. I am particularly interested in the date and place of his birth and any names that appear in the record. I realize that it is hard to read and part of a column is covered, but any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

5/13/2013 5:08 AM The month reads " (i.e. ditto). I think the month at the top of the page is Febr[uary]. Part of my reasoning is that the month appearing below Michel's entry is Marz (March). Note that there are two dates shown. The left hand set of columns is the birth. The second is the circumcision date (a week later).
6/14/2013 12:22 AM The names of the months are in German, NOT Polish. I agree that Mechel was born in February, and the next baby was born in March.
6/14/2013 12:37 AM Just FYI I recently learned that the name Mechel is not for someone named Michael. Rather it is a nickname for Yechiel.
