Translation or detailed summary. The writer was a soldier in the Austro-Hungarian army, writing to his wife in (nonstandard) German.

Here another rough estimation of the content, not a translation:

Unfortunately I had to go further/ leave and it was for me like at the first time going there and it is a shame I could only stay two days with you. Write to me at Krakau, how you are doing. Dear Father probably will be at x. (The children are growing?) If he has some urgent needs, Madyrla will have to bring that to him swiftly. I will write to you from Krakau.

die kimftige Woche = die künftige Woche = next week

was dringend ... (not "wat", probably a typo in the previous post)

Madylra should be Matylda (see the address)

przendlich = persönlich = in person

I translate the second sentence as follows:
Dear father will be in gr. W. the next week, where he will buy what is urgently needed, then Matylda will bring it to me in person.

Grosswardein is today's Oradea in Romania, at the time it was Nagyvárad, Hungary.

The card was sent from Nagyvárad to Biharnagybajom, a village in eastern Hungary.

We can only guess what Rg. W. refers to.

Yes, I agree in every particular - no gaps left - team work wins!

I suppose Gr. W. is Grosswardein. So with your geographic research it would explain, how Matylda could bring something to I. Isaak. By the way I go for the theory that when I. Isaak talks of "dear father" in this case he could refer to himself in a humorous way and not to his own father. It would make sense.

"Dear father/ (meaning:) I/ will be in gr. W. the next week. It is to be done to buy him, what is urgently needed for, then Matylda will have to bring it to me in person. I will write to you from Krakau (what to bring).

Here the corrected transcription:
