4/18/2012 7:21 PM Hebrew is illegible in both photos.
4/18/2012 10:23 PM I can just make out that she had Lea in her name, her father's name was Reuven, and that she died on the 22nd of Kislev.

The Hebrew is indeed very difficult to read, and the other image you posted only contains the date, the line with her name is cut off. There's a thoroughly illegible word before "Lea" on the present image.
4/19/2012 5:51 AM First line: abbreviation P.T - here lies
Second line name (illegible, but you know it)
4/19/2012 9:54 AM i down loaded the photo and tried to enhance it
it is very hard to make out what it says
here is what i think i can make out
here lies Chana Leah the daughter of Reuven
died on 22 Kislev 57??

I agree Chana is an option; however, I think four letters, starting with M for the first word - e.g. Manya - is also an option to be considered.
